With this online service request form, you have the added convenience of instantly requesting Tech customer service via the Internet. 

Online service requests are accepted Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Central time. If you need service outside of this time frame, simply call Tech’s after-hours emergency dispatch number at 314-645-6230.

When making a request online, you will receive an email acknowledgement of it within 30 minutes, along with a scheduled appointment time.
